RECHAZAR por falta de pertinencia la recusación formulada por la ciudadana Natalia Bernal Cano en contra del Magistrado Antonio José Lizarazo Ocampo para conocer de la solicitud de nulidad del Auto 038 de 2021, mediante el cual se rechazó la recusación formulada contra la Magistrada Gloria Ortiz Delgado y el Magistrado Alejandro Linares Cantillo, respecto de la solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia C-088 de 2020.
- SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR a la peticionaria que contra esta providencia no proceden recursos.
